Delivery Coverage:
We currently offer shipping across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates. For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@miskhomes-ae.com or WhatsApp us for availability and charges.
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking number and courier details. You can track the status of your delivery anytime.
Packaging:
All items are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure safe and damage-free delivery, especially for fragile handmade decor items.
Undeliverable Orders:
OIf a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery charges or any return fees.
Shipping Charges:
Standard Shipping (within UAE): AED XX (Free for orders above AED XXX).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with additional fee of AED XX.
Express Delivery: Available on request – charges may apply.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 2–3 business days
Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, Fujairah, UAQ: 3–5 business days
Custom or Pre-Order Items: 7–10 business days (timelines will be clearly mentioned)
